Earlier today, I had a great Zentangle and Colour class at the St. Thomas Elgin Arts Centre. This was mainly a technique class. We played with a variety of media that can be used to add colour to Zentangle-inspired art: coloured pencils, watercolour pencils, markers, and more.

It was great fun to play with all the art supplies. Here are sheets of card stock where the students experimented:

My last Intro to Zentangle class took place at the St. Thomas Elgin Arts Centre on February 5th. There were thirteen people in the class, including several mothers who took the class with their daughters. Here are a couple of photos of the class, and a photo of everyone's first tile.
