Description:

Take your tubular bead crochet skills a step farther: this class shows you how to string your fibre with multiple types of beads to crochet and how to convert the crochet tube into a claspless bangle or a bracelet with findings.

Several colour and findings options are available with this kit that includes illustrated instructions, beads, fibre, needles and crochet hook. 

Since there are limited colour and style options available, please contact the instructor at least a week before class to select your choice. Pictures will be e mailed to you in order to make your selection easier.

Please bring: Basic supplies (see Schedule page).
Also bring: measuring tape, chain nose and round nose pliers

Instructor Bio

The BEADADDICT is Roxann Blazetich-Ozols - also a Canadian jewellery and beadwork kit design business operated since 1999. Using her original beaded jewellery designs, Roxann has taught classes, sold her beadwork and fundraised for sports teams in Ontario, Québec, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Alberta. Her work was recently published in the spring 2009 and Summer 2010 issues of the Canadian magazine A Needle Pulling Thread. A collaborative project using Mary Ann Helmond's albino peacock beads (www.mabeads.ca) and Roxann's supporting beadwork has been accepted into the International Society of Glass Beadmakers 2011 exhibit for a year long tour of glass museums and bead shows.
